There's an old saying that "Enough is the same as a feast." Meaning that when you have enough, there's no need to want more. You wouldn't use it or consume it anyway because you have "Enough". This also applies to the human spirit when you "are" Enough. Enough is satisfying without any expectation that you should be more. We all have the potential to become more than we are in this moment. By embracing the peace and contentment of being Enough right now, a meaning which is often elusive in a trying and weary world, our potential is freed of self-imposed recrimination and peace endures. Inner peace, contentment and gratitude are the gate keepers to happiness. And the greatest happiness occurs in the service of others, where you are always Enough.
